This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the prohibited uses of all services provided by Entegra and its affiliates (collectively, the "Services") and the associated website located at http://purchasingiq.com and all affiliated sites (the "EntegraSite"). Please note that the examples described in this Policy are not exhaustive. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the EntegraSite. Your continued use of the Services or access to the EntegraSite constitutes your agreement to the latest version of this Policy. Violation of this Policy, or aiding others in doing so, may result in the suspension or termination of your use of the Services.

Responsibility for Content:

You are solely responsible for any material that you or your end users maintain, transmit, download, view, post, distribute, or otherwise access or make available using the Services. By using the Services or accessing the EntegraSite, you represent that you own the content that you make available through the EntegraSite and Services, including all associated proprietary or intellectual property rights, and that you have obtained express written authorization from the owner to copy, use, distribute and display such content.

Prohibited Use of Services:

A. No Illegal, Harmful, or Offensive Use or Content:

You are prohibited from using, encouraging, promoting, facilitating, or instructing others to use the Services or EntegraSite for any illegal, harmful, or offensive purpose, or to transmit, store, display, distribute, or otherwise make available content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive. Prohibited activities or content include, but are not limited to:

Infringing Content. Content that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others.

Illegal or Fraudulent Activities. Any activities that are illegal, that violate the rights of others, or that may be harmful to others, our operations or reputation, including disseminating, promoting or facilitating child pornography, offering or disseminating fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or promotions, make-money-fast schemes, ponzi and pyramid schemes, phishing, or pharming.

Harmful Content. Content or other computer technology that may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, program, or data, including viruses, malware, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or cancelbots., illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities; infringing content; offensive content; and harmful content.

Offensive Content. Content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable, including content that constitutes child pornography.            

B. No Network Abuse:

You may not establish network connections to any users, hosts, or networks without proper authorization. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unauthorized access, interception, and falsification of origin.

C. No Security Violations:

You may not use the Services to violate the security or integrity of any network, computer, or communications system, software application, or network or computing device (each, a “System”). Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unauthorized access, interception, and falsification of origin.

D. No Spam:

You are prohibited from distributing, publishing, sending, or facilitating the sending of unsolicited mass email or other messages, promotions, advertising, or solicitations ("spam"). You must adhere to specified rules regarding email communication, including obtaining consent from recipients and complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Monitoring and Enforcement:

We reserve the right to investigate any violations of this Policy or misuse of the Services or EntegraSite. We may remove, disable access to, or modify any content or resource that violates this Policy or any other agreement for the use of the Services or the EntegraSite. We may also report suspected illegal activities to appropriate authorities and cooperate with law enforcement agencies.

Feedback Loops and Abuse Reporting:

Entegra is registered with Internet Service Provider ("ISP") feedback loops and monitors abuse reports. You and your users are subject to warnings, suspension, or termination if a high number of spam reports are received against your account.

Bounce Rates:

We monitor account bounce rates, and accounts with high bounce rates may face warnings, suspension, or termination.

Plugins and Integrations:

Users utilizing Entegra's integrations and plugins must adhere to our policies, as well as those of any third-party system being integrated. Violations may result in account suspension or deletion.

Reporting of Violations of this Policy:

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, you must immediately notify us and provide assistance as requested to stop or remedy the violation.
